Through the support of OXFAM, KUDHEIHA developed a Domestic Workers training manual that was validated and adopted by KUDHEIHA’s National Board. The manual covers topics on Trade Unionism, Collective Bargaining, Soft skills, Labour rights and Work readiness amongst other topics.

The union also developed Domestic Workers Handbook from the training manual that is a simpler version of the training manual.
