Job Title: Consultant – Development of Domestic Workers Training Manual

KUDHEIHA (Kenya Union of Domestic, Hotel, Educational Institutions, Hospitals, and Allied Workers) and OXFAM Kenya are partnering to enhance the welfare and rights of domestic workers in Kenya in the Time to Care Project. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of a Consultant for the development of a comprehensive training manual for domestic workers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a needs assessment for the development of the manual.

• Develop a comprehensive training manual tailored to the needs of domestic workers in Kenya.
• Create training toolkits aligned with best practices and current labor regulations.
• Execute validation of the developed draft manual to the KUDHEIHA executive board and stakeholders.
• Ensure the developed manual is evidence-based and adheres’ to high-quality standards.
