We’re proud to announce that we have officially been enjoined as an Interested Party in the landmark case: Kituo Cha Sheria & 13 Others v. CS for Labour & Others ELRC Petition No. E038 of 2023.
This case addresses the urgent crisis of abuse, trafficking, and exploitation of Kenyan domestic workers especially women working in the Middle East.

Our participation is rooted in our mission to defend and uphold the rights of domestic, hospitality workers everywhere.
